This Cookie Policy explains how and why we use Cookies and it's a part of our Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms have the meanings given to these terms in our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Cookies

We use Cookies for several reasons. Information gathered by Cookies is used by our Services and Application to operate properly, as well as for statistic and marketing purposes.

Cookies register Client's activity by recognizing his Device, thanks to that the Application can be optimised for Client's personal preferences.

Applied solutions are safe for Client's Device using any of Service Provider's Services. It is not possible to place any harmful or malicious content on Client's Device using Cookies.

We use two types of Cookies:

  • Session Cookies – files that are stored on Client's Device and stay there until the end of the current session. After the end of session, stored data is removed from the Device's memory. Session Cookies don't allow for collecting any personal data or other confidential information from Client's Device;

  • Fixed Cookies – are stored on Client's Device and stay there until being removed. The end of current session or turning off the Device doesn't remove the Cookies. Fixed cookies don't allow for collecting any personal data or other confidential information from Client's Device.

2. Storing and accessing Cookies

Client has the possibility to limit/restrict or disable use of Cookies on his Device. The Service will remain accessible, excluding the features that require use of Cookies.

The Client can independently and at any time change Cookies settings. The change can be made by using Client's browser settings. These settings can be changed in a way that it will block automatic use of Cookies or inform, each time, about placing a cookie file on Client's Device. Detailed directions for changing Cookies settings are available in browser settings.

Client can remove Cookie files at any time by using the features offered by his browser.

Limiting the use of Cookies can impact some features available in any of Service Provider's Services.
