We are a Pole Dance studio located in the heart of Warsaw - in the calm and green district of Powiśle. We've been operating since February 2019.

The founder and visionary behind the studio is Zuzanna Kijanowska - a globally recognized and respected Pole Dance artist who regularly teaches classes and workshops around the world, inspiring and training enthusiasts of all levels.

What challenges did you face when managing classes and running the studio before using Fitssey?

At the beginning, everything was fully manual - we handled bookings via email, and payments were made through bank transfers. We had to verify, reply, confirm, and track everything ourselves. Initially, we managed, but after less than five months the number of clients started to overwhelm us - the volume of inquiries was massive, and handling it all began to consume us.

What made you decide to try our solution?
The number of clients, bookings, and payments was growing at a crazy pace, so we decided to implement a tool that could take some of the load off our shoulders. We needed a flexible system that would adapt to our workflow and make it easy to automate the things we had been doing manually. After extensive research and testing of different tools, we chose Fitssey. Responsive support, fast tech help, and continuous system improvements confirmed we made the right choice.
How has Fitssey helped you solve your studio management challenges?
Looking at our current studio stats - bookings, cancellations, new clients, transactions - we can’t imagine doing all of that manually. During the pandemic (it's worth mentioning how quickly Fitssey adapted to the new reality), we launched online classes. The interest was huge - people from all over Poland and the world were joining us! That’s also when we implemented online payments because handling transfers became too much. The entire registration process became fully automated.
Have you noticed any tangible benefits or changes?
We’ve gained loads of time, peace of mind, and better control over payments. Automation of bookings and payments has reduced our workload to an absolute minimum. Most student inquiries now relate to specific exceptions. What’s more, Fitssey lowered the entry barrier for foreigners - many of our clients are just visiting Warsaw, and the app allows them to sign up without needing to contact us.
Have you received feedback from staff or clients about the software? If so, what kind?

Most feedback came when we switched from manual sign-ups to Fitssey - and the reactions were clearly positive. Clients appreciated the simplicity, speed, and ability to manage their schedule and account on their own.

What would you say to other studio owners considering Fitssey?

If you're considering a booking system, Fitssey is the only service in Poland that’s evolving so quickly based on user feedback.
