After the failures mentioned above, we researched ready-made solutions available on the market. We understood we had to compromise on certain things, like our pricing model. However, we discovered that most systems had a key flaw for partner dance schools: you could only assign one instructor per class, while we always work in pairs. Fitssey didn’t support this initially either, but they turned out to be open and flexible enough to implement the features we needed - including assigning two instructors to a class.

First and foremost, Fitssey made it easy to systematically collect consent for our school's terms and policies. Without a system, gathering these consents from our large number of clients would be impossible. Over time, Fitssey also helped ease the workload at the front desk by allowing our students to handle tasks independently, such as purchasing passes.
