Anti-spam Policy

Learn what kind of content is not allowed.

Your actions have big impact on our system and our reputation as a sender. This is why all clients using our system need to follow this Anti-spam Policy.

In case of violation, we may suspend your account or block the possibility to send messages in line with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Sending illegal, harmful or offensive content is prohibited

To guarantee the best standard of our services and to avoid any kind of possible abuse, it is prohibited to send messages:

  • offering sale of illegal goods or services;

  • violating CAN-SPAM Laws;

  • generally recognized as spam;

  • violating the law, public morality or misleading the recipient;

  • suggesting winning a contest or receiving money in exchange for sharing any personal information;

  • promoting pornographic content or use of drugs;

  • promoting sexual encounter sites or services;

  • promoting escort services, bride/spouse finders, marriage brokers and other similar services;

  • promoting any form of hazard, bet, lottery, video lottery and automated games;

  • offering credit repair or get-out-of-debt opportunities;

  • selling likes or followers for social media platforms;

  • promoting or selling cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies or any digital assets;

  • promoting multi-level or affiliate marketing;

  • offering work from home or making money online;

  • promoting pharmaceutical products.

2. Prohibited actions

We do our best to maintain the positive reputation of our application and because of that you may not:

  • send spam (means any message that violates CAN-SPAM Laws - can be either in the form of bulk emails or one to one commercial emails);

  • use any material that doesn't belong to you or violates anyone's rights, including text, pictures, graphics and other materials;

  • use incorrect or misleading names, addresses, email addresses or other information;

  • send messages to recipients, who didn't give you permission or have already unsubscribed from your list;

  • set up multiple accounts for any person or entity in order to send similar content, unless you're part of a franchise or agency;

  • send passwords, security credentials or Sensitive Data;

  • upload or send campaigns to purchased, rented, third-party, publicly available data or partner lists of any kind;

  • upload and host images on our servers for any purpose other than for your use of the Service;

  • host content on our servers for any purpose other than for your use of the Service;

  • take any action intended to avoid our billing thresholds.

3. Accordance with the law

In accordance with the law, to send any commercial content, you will need to get a consent from your clients, for receiving this type of information.

By commercial content we mean:

  • any information aimed to directly or indirectly promote products, services, the business itself or a person performing the service;

  • any content containing a clear description of the promotional offer, in particular discounts, free material benefits and other benefits connected with the promoted goods, service or image of the business.

4. Recipient's rights

You are obliged to include a unsubscribe link in every campaign that you send. The link will allow your clients to unsubscribe from your list and not receive any following messages. The unsubscribe link must be visible and readable.

Every recipient has the right to unsubscribe from your list at any time. It is forbidden to send messages to recipients, who have unsubscribed from your list in the past.

5. Policy violation

If you violate any part of this policy, we reserve the right to:

  • suspend your campaign;

  • suspend the possibility to create new campaigns;

  • suspend the possibility to send SMS/email messages from the application;

  • suspend your account.

If we suspend the possibility to send messages, we will inform you about it via email and ask for possible explanation.
