1. Introduction

This video policy („Video Policy”) is part of and is subject to the Terms and Conditions („Agreement”) between lightenbody™ located at al. Zwycięstwa 241/13, 81-521 Gdynia, Poland, email: [email protected], operating under EU VAT number PL7532294721 („Service Provider”), and client entity („Client”) who created a business account to get access to Service Provider’s Service.

When we say “we”, “us”, “our” and “Fitssey”, we are referring to lightenbody™, located at al. Zwycięstwa 241/13, 81-521 Gdynia, Poland, email: [email protected], operating under EU VAT number PL7532294721.

When we say “you” or “Client”, we are referring to the person or entity that is registered with us with a business account to use the Service.

2. General Information

Fitssey uses Vimeo platform to provide video course feature and, as a result, we are obligated to make You aware of certain terms related to the use of this feature. Therefore, by uploading a video via our Service, you are also bound by the Vimeo Terms of Service.

You must ensure that your videos comply with this policy. We may monitor your Studio and content. We may remove or limit access to any video that is considered to violate this Video Policy.

You may only upload videos that you have the right to upload and share. We may block or limit access to Studios that infringe this Video Policy.

3. Prohibited content

You may not submit any content:

  • Infringing any third party’s copyrights or other rights;

  • Which is sexually explicit or promotes a sexual service;

  • Which is defamatory;

  • Which is harassing or abusive;

  • Containing hateful or discriminatory speech;

  • Promoting or supporting terror or hate groups;

  • Promoting or selling cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies or any digital assets;

  • Containing instructions on how to assemble explosive/incendiary devices or homemade/improvised firearms;

  • Exploiting or endangering minors;

  • Depicting or encouraging any form of self-harm or suicide;

  • Depicting unlawful real-world acts of extreme violence, sexualized violence or animal cruelty, or extreme violence;

  • Promoting fraudulent money-making schemes, proposing an unlawful transaction, or using deceptive marketing practices;

  • Containing false or misleading claims about vaccination safety, or health-related information that has a serious potential to cause public harm;

  • Containing false or misleading information about voting;

  • Containing conspiracy-related content;

  • Violating any applicable law;

  • Which is deceptive or impersonating any person or organization;

  • Harassing or stalking any person;

  • Providing links to sites that contain prohibited content.

4. Copyrights and permissions

You own and will retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to the videos you submit via our Service.
By uploading a video, you grant us permission to:

  • Stream the video to end users;

  • Embed the video on Studio pages;

  • Transcode the video (create compressed versions of your video file that are optimized for streaming);

  • Generate thumbnails from your video to represent it.

Permissions are valid from the moment you submit the video and expire when You or we delete it.

5. Client obligations

For each video that you submit using our Service, you warrant that:

  • You have the right to submit the content;

  • You have obtained appropriate releases from all persons who appear in the video;

  • The content does not, infringe any third party's rights;

  • The content complies with this policy and all applicable laws.
